Luke Zandberg

“I like seeing a young guy like Luke willing to put his hand up and take some responsibility for where Chilliwack goes next. He understands business, he works for a living, and he knows that the decisions made at City Hall eventually show up in somebody's bill. We need people on council who will think about that. I think Luke would bring a fresh perspective to the table, and he has my support.”

“I’ve had a number of conversations with Luke as he’s prepared to run for council, and what has stood out to me is the way he approaches the job. He doesn’t come into a conversation assuming he already has every answer. He wants to understand how decisions are made, what the trade-offs are, and where the City can do better. Council works best when people are willing to listen, challenge ideas respectfully, and then work together to move Chilliwack forward. Luke brings his own perspective, but he’s also willing to hear others out and engage seriously with the issues in front of him. I believe that approach would serve him — and Chilliwack — well, and I’m happy to support him.”

“Like a lot of you, I care about keeping Chilliwack safe for our families and our future. Luke Zandberg is fiscally prudent, and he brings the passion and experience needed for a job that isn’t easy for everyone. He’s humble, hungry, and smart, a rare combination in politics. That’s why I’m endorsing Luke Zandberg for Chilliwack City Council.”

“Luke understands that decisions made at City Hall have real consequences for the broader community. He asks good questions, listens carefully and takes the time to understand an issue before forming a view. He's thoughtful in his approach, willing to do the homework, and focused on understanding how decisions will affect people in practice. I'm pleased to support him.”

“Having served Chilliwack as both Mayor and MLA, I know the responsibility that comes with public office and the importance of having people at the table who are prepared and committed to their community. I've gotten to know Luke and have been impressed by his work ethic, common-sense approach, and the seriousness with which he has prepared for the role. Luke understands responsible growth, respect for taxpayers, and the importance of getting the basics right. I believe he would be a strong addition to Chilliwack City Council, and I'm pleased to support him.”

“Having known Luke for many years, I can proudly say that his election to council would be a great thing for the city of Chilliwack. His common-sense approach to life and family-first values make him not only an effective leader but also a man of the people. As a young business owner in Chilliwack, I'm excited to see Luke's energy put into making this a city that works for all, both young & old.”

“I’m pleased to support Luke Zandberg for Chilliwack City Council. I’ve gotten to know Luke through a number of conversations about our community, and I’ve been impressed by how seriously he takes the role and how well he has prepared himself for it. He brings real-world experience from local business, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to listen and ask good questions. I believe Luke would be a strong addition to council and would approach the job with common sense, good judgment, and a genuine commitment to Chilliwack.”
